Sunday

Zumba: 9:00am - 10:00am JCC (75th and Amsterdam)​

Cardio Breakdown: 5:00pm - 6:00pm MDanceFitness (Pearl Studios 500 8th Ave {always on 3rd, 4th, or 12th Floor})

Monday

Dance Cardio Conditioning: 7:00pm - 8:00pm MDanceFitness (Pearl Studios 500 8th Ave {always on 3rd, 4th, or 12th Floor})

Tuesday

Dance Party: 6:30pm - 7:25pm WSY YMCA (63rd and CPW {always on 4th floor GroupEx Studio})

  • Utilize the guest pass available for the West Side Y.

Wednesday

Dance Cardio Conditioning: 6:00pm - 7:00pm MDanceFitness (Pearl Studios 500 8th Ave {always on 3rd, 4th, or 12th Floor})

Thursday

Dance Party: 9:30am - 10:30am WSY YMCA (63rd and CPW {always on 4th floor GroupEx Studio})

  • Utilize the guest pass available for the West Side Y.

Friday

New class! 
Cardio Dance Class: 9:30am - 10:30am Harlem Yoga Studio (44 W 125th St, 3rd floor)

Family Dance Party: 5:15pm - 6:15pm WSY YMCA (63rd and CPW {always on 4th floor GroupEx Studio})
